Terms of Service for Lawn Service and Maintenance

1. Appointment & Service Communications

SMS messages will be limited to appointments notifications and service related information such as changes, payments and scheduling.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to (985) 545-5282. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to support 985) 705-3251.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

2. Services

Scope of Work

This agreement covers lawn mowing, edging, trimming, weed control as outlined in the attached service agreement or quote.

Frequency

Services will be performed weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

Additional Services

Any additional services, such as leaf removal, aeration, sodding, require separate written agreements and will be billed accordingly.

3. Payment

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of each service, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card.

Late Fees

A late fee of 15% will be charged for payments received after the due date.

4. Liability

Property Damage

While we take all reasonable care, we are not responsible for any damage to property caused by our equipment or actions, unless due to gross negligence on our part.

Equipment Malfunction

We are not responsible for any damages caused by equipment malfunction, unless due to our negligence.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control, such as severe weather or equipment breakdown.

5. Termination

Termination by Client

This agreement may be terminated by the client with 30 days written notice.

Termination by Service Provider

This agreement may be terminated by the service provider with 30 days written notice for non-payment or other material breaches of the agreement.

Unpaid Balance

Any unpaid balance at the time of termination will become immediately due and payable.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.

7. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
